Fluffy pancakes (oladushki) with caramelised apple pripyok 16 pcs

Our signature plump, fluffy pancakes with a surprise apple pripyok. 

This is an old, Slavic recipe, which we are reviving. Pripyok literally means something that's baked on top: it could be fruit, veg or even cheese.

The result is a crispy pancake exterior with a slightly gooey apple-y heart.

The best with a cuppa of this Estonian, aromatic Ivan Chai.

NB: We now have a gluten free option too.

Size: 16 large oladushki in the pack. 

How to store: in the fridge for up to 5 days, but best eaten as soon as possible as they'll dry out a little. do not freeze.

How to re-heat:  put in the pre-heated (non-fan) oven 180C for 4 mins, then flip over for another 4 mins, or in a microwave for 30 secs (but the result won't be crispy).

Ingredients: self-raising flour, kefir, apples, eggs, sunflower oil, sugar, salt, baking powder.
