This bread has a beautiful mellow flavour, accompanied by the earthy tang and aroma from the caraway seeds and the calamus leaves. 

Goes so well with the Welsh salo from Trealy farm or alongside our slow-cooked tomlyonye tomatoes.

60% rye, 40% wheat; 100% vegan.
