British beef Pastrami
A pressed, spiced brisket of beef, steam-cooked - for the most amazing hot toastie or a board of cold meats (with our cucumber pickle!).
Developed in 19th century New York, evolving within the Eastern European immigrant community, it has parallels with the Irish corned beef, English salt beef and Turkish Pastirmi.
Award-winning charcuterie, made in Wales by our friends at Trealy Charcuterie who pioneered the making of British cured meats in this country.
