Salmon and rye breakfast combo - back by popular demand!
A savoury treat for your family this weekend!
A hamper for 4-6 people, consisting of:
- Borodinsky bread - malty, a little sweet. It's made with 83% rye flour (the rest is wheat). Amazing when toasted as it caramelises almost like a brioche bun!
Made in Karaway bakery in East London, run by our friend Nadia, who pioneered Eastern European rye breads in this country.
(you can choose white sourdough instead).
- 48 hour cured beetroot salmon (200gr pack).
- Labneh - a fresh and tangy cream cheese made from raw, organic yoghurt, which is salted and hung in cheese cloths to drain (250 gr).
- And (drum bells!) - legendary Ivan Chai from Estonia
