Labneh - lightly salted cream cheese
Perfect with cured salmon on a slice of Borodinsky bread or with fruit for a sweet and salty combo. Originally a Middle-Eastern dish, now made by Bill from Kappacasein Dairy, an experienced cheese maker based in Bermondsey.
Bill uses raw organic, cow's milk that he buys from Bore Place in Chiddingstone, Kent.
