Carrot, apple and caramelised onion caviar
A wonderful, autumnal dish, inspired by the Lithuanian veg baba dish.
Naturally slightly sweet with savoury caramelised onion. Sprinkled with caraway or Nigella seeds (depending on our whim that week!).
Dip your veg, spread on bread, roll into cured meats!
How many portions: the pack is about 270gr.
How to store: in the fridge for up to 4-5 days.
How to eat: take out of the fridge half an hour before tucking in.
Ingredients: carrots, apple, onion, celery, butter, sunflower oil, cumin, coriander ground, caraway seeds.
