Organic Greek olives
These plump green Amfissa olives are grown in the organic and biodynamic farm of Atrapos and supplied to us by Oliveology - a wonderful company run by Marianna, who's originally from Crete, and her husband Ben.
The olives are hand-picked when still unripe and singled out with great care. They ferment in brine, rinsed in fresh water, pickled with herbs and packaged. They are rich in antioxidant properties, with firm, green flesh and fresh, bright taste.
