Spicy 'Korean' carrot salad
A must have alongside the pelmeni.
A dish famous across the whole of the former USSR - not actually known in Korea, but is much loved by most of us from the 'New East'.
Only a little spicy, but super piquant with garlic, ground coriander and a little white wine vinegar.
Will keep well in the fridge for at least two weeks (if you'll resist this long).
One tub is 400 ml.
Ingredients: carrots, white wine vinegar, garlic, salt, sugar, coriander ground.
