Tomlyonye (slowly roasted) tomatoes with olive oil
We use cherry tomatoes and roast them very slowly (tomit' - to pine for in Russian!) with a generous splash of organic olive oil from Oliveology, a clove of garlic, thyme and salt.

Always amazing mixed into some pasta for lunch or (trust us) eaten warm on top of some mashed potatoes.

How to store: will keep in the fridge for up to a month. Just make sure you top the tomatoes with more olive oil every time you use it.
