Beetroot and feta katletki

Even kids will love these tender little patties: naturally sweet beetroot, with Feta cheese and herbs. We use a little bit of flour to bind the mixture. 

Great lightly warmed up in these lovely Karaway buns.

How many in the pack?

9 patties, each is 45g. 

How to store: in the fridge for up to 5 days. Better not to freeze.

How to re-heat: 

In a frying pan with a little oil for 3-4 mins on each side.

Or in a pre-heated oven for 10 mins. 180C non fan or 160 fan assisted.

Ingredients: beetroot, feta, flour, herbs (normally mint, parsley, dill, but could vary a little), sunflower oil, salt, black pepper, sweet paprika, cayenne pepper.
