Beef meatballs ("Kotletki") for the whole family x 10

These large, burger size, meatballs are super juicy and irresistible with some mashed potatoes or stuffed into a bun.

We soak some bread in milk for that extra moistness and mince the onion, so that no fussy eater in your family finds a reason to complain.

Size: each pack has 10 well-sized patties (110gr each).

How to store: in the fridge and eat within 3 days. do not freeze.

How to re-heat: heat up a frying up to a medium and shallow fry gently with a little oil for 8-10 mins. Or in the pre-heated 180C (non-fan) oven for 10 mins. 

Ingredients: beef, onion, garlic, Baltic Bloomer bread (wheat flour, water, sugar, rapeseed oil, fresh yeast, salt), milk, salt, pepper.
