Syrnichki (cheese cakes)
Breakfast of the little (and big!) champions.
We make our syrnichki from very smooth Polish tvorog (curd cheese), with just a little bit of sugar and a tiiiiny amount of flour.
Choose between the classic, unadulterated version OR with Greek Corinth raisins from Oliveology, which have been soaked in brandy.
Note: the texture of our syrnichki is very light, almost like a cheesecake (and less like the traditional syrnichki, which are often more grainy syrnichki).

Size: 10 syrnichki in a pack.
How to store: keep in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 3 days or put them in the freezer in a suitable freezer bag or a container for up to1 month. Do not refreeze.
How to eat: we love eating them as they are, at room temperature, but if you'd like to warm them up:
Heat the (non-fan) oven up to 170C, line syrniki up on a baking tray and put it in the oven for just 3-4 mins.
Ingredients: tvorog, flour (wheat), sugar, salt, egg.
