The ultimate honey cake

We make this gorgeous honey cake with cream mixed with some sour cream, with an addition of caramel and walnuts. The result is just the right amount of sweet, tangy and sophisticated bitterness from the nuts.

We use buckwheat honey. Simple and sublime.

Size: 8 inches in diameter: will serves 12-16 people easily.

Decoration? as a rule we decorate the cake with just a few berries, but if you'd like some words and/or more elaborate decoration for a special event, please contact us to discuss and we'll advise of the cost.

How to store: the cake will keep well in the fridge for 3 days (if you can last this long!), just make sure it's covered well or it'll dry out.
