'As tender as bird's milk': soufflé and chocolate cake

In our childhoods this was the most desirable - 'in deficit' - cake.

Delicate soufflé sandwiched between a thin layer of sponge and a crispy layer of dark chocolate.

Size: 8 inches, easily for 8-12 people.

How to store: in the fridge for 3 days. do not freeze.

Ingredients: flour, sugar, eggs, butter, condensed milk, vanilla, lemon juice, agar-agar, chocolate.
