Home-made ice-cream

Our popular ice-cream, inspired by our childhood's favourite - Plombir ice-cream.

The ice-cream is completely home-made, using cream and condensed milk. The texture is very creamy.

Flavours - we will send you the flavour in season (but if you prefer one of the below, please email us separately and we'll advise if it's available)

Caramelised rye - our signature flavour, made with caramelised rye breadcrumbs. Tastes like toffee!

What goes well with this ice-cream? 

Our little walnut Baddam Buri pastries.

Size: one pot is apprx 220gr - 3 scoops. 

How to store: in the freezer for up to 3 months.

How to enjoy at its best: take out of the fridge 15-20 mins before eating so that the ice-cream melts a little.
