Salmon fillets marinated in our signature, home-made tomato confit, topped with 'roses' made of filo pastry.

Beautiful warm or served at room temperature.

4 pieces. Comes already cooked. Will serve 4 people generously (or 8 people, if served alongside other main courses).

How to store: in the fridge for 2 days.

How to cook: 

1. In the oven at 180C for 10-15 mins. 

Ingredients: salmon, tomatoes, filo pastry, olive oil, garlic, thyme, salt, pepper.
