Brioche little pies (pirozhki) - set of 25
The quintessential Slavic baked pies: rich brioche dough, whole milk, free range eggs and unsalted (sweet) butter. Deep filled with a savoury filling.
Choose from: slow-cooked beef and caramelised onion, buttery potatoes with mushrooms or cabbage and egg.
How many portions?
1 box contains 25 pies, each is apprx 8-9 cms long or 50-60 gr.
How to store: wrapped well in cling film in the fridge for 2 days. do not freeze.
How to re-heat: heat the (non-fan) oven to 170-180C, transfer the pies carefully onto a baking sheet and heat up for 5 mins, until warmed through.
