Beef koft(achki) a la Caucasus with Adjika (10)
Beef patties with fresh herbs, some dried fruit and a little garlic.
Karina makes this recipe based on her memories of spending summers in Pyatigorsk in the Caucasus.
Size: 10 small koftachki (about 35gr) with a small tub of our Adjika.
How to store: in the fridge and eat within 3 days.
How to re-heat: heat up a frying up to a medium and shallow fry gently with a little oil for 8-10 mins. Or in the pre-heated 180C (non-fan) oven for 10 mins.
Ingredients: beef, mixed dry berries, garlic, Baltic Bloomer bread (wheat flour, water, sugar, rapeseed oil, fresh yeast, salt), milk, mix of spice, salt, pepper.
