Blinchiki parcels, stuffed with slow cooked beef
Lacy pancakes filled with beef, slowly cooked with caramelised onions and lots of love.
We use beef from the grass-fed, British cattle. Great stuff. The beef is poached with onions, carrots, pepper corns and bay leaf, then blended for a smoother texture and mixed in with caramelised onions.
How to re-heat: please fry the blinchiki gently with a bit of butter and/or oil on both sides to achieve that devine combo of crispiness on the outside and softness on the inside.
Enjoy with some cool smetana.
Size: 10 blinchiki in a pack.
How to store: in the fridge for up to 3 days. Do not freeze.
