A closed top tart of short-crust pastry filled with the vegetables normally used for beetroot borsch soup.
For those who are not (yet!) convinced by the beauty of beetroot.
Ingredients: flour, butter, egg, salt, sugar, beetroot, carrots, onions, ketchup (the secret ingredient for the best borsch!), sunflower oil.
