'Drunken' prunes with air-dried duck 'Parma' (20)
Classic Christmas combination of dried fruit with duck, in a delicious, canape form.
We soak prunes n brandy and wrap them in the lightly smoked cured duck from Trealy farm. Finger food par excellence.
How many portions: the pack has 20 pieces.
How to store: in the fridge for up to a 5 days, but best is eaten on the day.
How to eat: take out of the fridge half an hour before tucking in.
