Adjika (home-made Georgian spicy sauce)

Best match with our Siberian classic pork and beef Pelmeny.

Spicy and aromatic Georgian sauce made with coriander, chillies and in-house blend of spices. 

Portion: 50 ml (enough for 2 people/2 portions, but also generous for one person). 

How to store: in the fridge  for up to a month, just make sure the dip is covered with a little oil.

Ingredients:, red pepper, red chilly peppers, garlic, fresh coriander, ground coriander, smoked paprika, khmeli suneli (our in-house blend of spices), salt.
