Pea and wild garlic caviar (new season!)
Spring in a dip form!
Natural sweetness of the pea married with wild (really wild!) garlic leaves, with a little of mint and lemon.
So good when you dip a slice of toasted Lithuanian scalded rye into it.

How to store: in the fridge for 3 days.
How to eat:
At room temperature is best.
